Block or Unblock calls on a Samsung device

A guide on how to block someone from calling you on the Samsung Galaxy s4, s3, Note 3, Galaxy Core, Rugby, or other.

Open your Phone app as if to place a call, tap the menu button and select Call Settings.

Select Call Rejection. 

Select Auto reject mode > Auto reject numbers

You can then select Auto reject list and add contacts or numbers to the list by tapping the "+" sign. By selecting unknown, you block all unknown incoming calls.

You can also add a person to the reject list from the Contacts app, or by finding the number in your Call Logs. Just tap and hold the number or contact and a small menu will pop up, then select "Add to reject list".
